DELIVERY
I will contact one of my trusted and experienced couriers within 24 hours of an order being placed to book in a collection, at this point I pass on your details to the courier who will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. This is usually around 1 to 2 weeks but can vary slightly.
I wrap all items in bubble wrap and cardboard and the courier will also use blankets before strapping the item securely into the van to ensure it arrives with you safely.
Please measure the space the item is going to be placed and all doorways and stairs to ensure the item will fit and that there is easy access. The courier also needs to know if there are stairs involved and if you are able to help lift the item as they mainly work alone. If 2 people have to be booked this will probably incur extra charges.
Do also be aware that the courier can only deliver when they are in your area on a certain route so cannot take requests for a specific day.
You are also more than welcome to collect your item from Henfield or Brighton by appointment only.
I also offer free delivery within 10 miles of BN1.

RETURNS
I really want you to love your Room Thirteen item so please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any issues and we can discuss and resolve any problems. You can either phone me on 07983 994175 or drop me an email tessa@roomthirteen.co.uk
If you are still not completely happy with the item and would like a refund there is an option of returning it within 14 days, please be aware the original delivery and return delivery costs will not be refunded. The item will need to be returned using the original courier and the original packaging and will be inspected before a refund is issued. Any damage to the item may result in a reduced or no refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged, please contact me within 24 hours. If possible inspect your item while the courier is there to check for any issues. We will work together to come to a solution of either repairing or returning the item. This depends on the scale of the damage.
